اطلاعیه شماره ۶۵ - آخرین تغییرات قرارداد پیمان جمعی شمنا

اعضای محترم 
احتراماً پیرو مذاکرات سالانه پیمان جمعی (CBA) سال 2021، به اطلاع همکاران محترم میرساند مهمترین تغییرات پیشنهادی از سوی طرفین مذاکره ( کارفرما- انجمن) بشرح ذیل می باشد که جهت کسب نظر عمومی و تخصصی دریانوردان شمنا به اطلاع می رسد. لذا خواهشمند است نظرات تخصصی و مستدل خود را تا پایان وقت اداری روز سه شنبه مورخ 1399/9/11 به آدرس ایمیل انجمن به نشانی   office@imm-syndicate.com

در ضمن جدول حداقل حقوقی بر اساس جدول حداقل حقوقی ILO, ITF برای سال 2021 به روز رسانی خواهد شد.

Correction 1:
CBA 2020:
10.5   Wage of the Iranian Permanent Employee Seafarer is paid on basis of Iranian Rials Currency which will be remitted to seafarer’s account monthly and the Company will guarantee that it is not less than 1000 USD/month, equivalent as per the Central Bank of Iran exchange rate. Onboard allowances will be paid on board monthly and on basis of USD currency and as per SEA. The Company will guarantee that the total wage and onboard allowances are paid monthly to seafarers during the service of ship will not be less than the total wage and allowances as specified in last column of Appendix 4.

CBA 2021: 
10.5   Wage of the Iranian Permanent Employee Seafarer is paid on basis of Iranian Rials Currency which will be remitted to seafarer’s account monthly. Onboard allowances will be paid on board monthly and on basis of USD currency and as per SEA. The Company will guarantee that the sum of wage on basis of Iranian Rials (after applying the official exchange rate of Central Bank of the Islamic Republic of Iran) and onboard allowances (in USD) will not be less than the total wage and allowances (in USD) as specified in last column of Appendix 4 and they are paid monthly to seafarers during the service of ship.

CBA 2020:
Indemnity against Death in Service
With respect to Article 22 of this CBA;     
Death in service benefits shall be:
To seafarer’s heir                                                                                       105,000.00 USD
To each dependent child (maximum 4 under the age of 18)    21,000.00 USD

CBA 2021: 
Indemnity against Death in Service
With respect to Article 22 of this CBA;     
Death in service benefits shall be:
To seafarer’s heir or (To cadet’s heir)                                                105,000.00 USD
To each dependent child (maximum 4 under the age of 18)    21,000.00 USD

CBA 2020:
Indemnity against permanent disability
In the event a seafarer suffers permanent disability, the indemnity in accordance with the provisions of Article 21 of this CBA for 100% disability is as follow:
Senior officers                  175,000.00 USD
Junior officers                   140,000.00 USD
Ratings                                 105,000.00 USD

CBA 2021: 
Indemnity against permanent disability
In the event a seafarer suffers permanent disability, the indemnity in accordance with the provisions of Article 21 of this CBA for 100% disability is as follow:
Senior officers                          175,000.00 USD
Junior officers or (cadets)    140,000.00 USD
Ratings                                         105,000.00 USD

CBA 2020: 
Appendix 1 regarding Period of Employment in the service of ship , Seafarer can extend his/her SEA up to 12 months by mutual agreement with the Company. 

CBA 2021: 
Appendix 1 regarding Period of Employment in the service of ship , Seafarer can extend his/her SEA up to 9 months by mutual agreement with the Company
